We're Booked Up - In the Dream House

We’re back for another episode of We’re Booked Up, the Gaston Speaks podcast segment wherein Kendall, Andrew, and Angelique discuss books. In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Hispanic Heritage Month, we read In the Dream House by Carmen Maria Machado, a memoir recounting Machado’s terrifying experience in a psychologically abusive relationship. This book covers serious topics, that we are in no way experts on, so please take care with yourself before continuing.

Next month's book is November 9 by Colleen Hoover.
